Start by calling your insurance
To find out if HerMD is in your insurance plan’s network, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and provide them with our National Provider Identifier (or “NPI”) number. The NPI number for each location is listed below.
If you seek care outside of your plan’s contract terms, you will be responsible for any charges incurred.
Help us accept more insurance plans
Sometimes insurance companies don’t allow us to join their network because they believe they already have enough providers. If you want HerMD to be part of your network, please write to your insurance plan and ask them to add HerMD to their network!
